We offer private lessons for all levels and ages or design your own clinic and share your tennis session. Different rates apply according to the program you sign up for and the number of people per session.
Juniors
Little Stars (ages 4-5)
Introduce tennis to your child. We use QuickStart tennis balls and focus on basic coordination skill drills to guarantee fun and success.
Comets (ages 6-10)
We cover stroke fundamentals, an introduction to serving, returning and score keeping. Games and drills are based on easy tactics for great fun. Equipment for the ten and under age group is used to ensure proper development.
Lightning (ages 11 +)
Specific training focused on groundstroke consistency, technical and tactical advanced drills, court positioning, footwork, conditioning, sportsmanship and etiquette. (All levels welcome)
Adults
Our lessons are tailored to suit your needs. Whether you want to experience an intense cardio workout or focus on your technique and tactics, we will establish performance goals and help you strive to reach them.
Companies
The office can be stressful; tennis is a great way to release work pressure and get exercise. Prepare your group of co-workers for a fun time on the court. This unique clinic is designed with drills that will reinforce teamwork, improve communication and test quick decision-making skills.
High Performance
Tournament players committed to the sport can take their game to a higher level. This session applies the tools of sports science and encompasses the four components of tennis: technical, tactical, physical and mental.
Biomechanical analysis, periodization, interval and mental training, strategy for matches and more are included. We offer tournament coaching in the U.S. and also accompaniment to international events.
